By visiting our site and purchasing digital products (themes, plugins, web templates, and graphic assets) from FrontTheme (https://www.fronttheme.com), you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Product Delivery & Licensing

Upon successful payment clearance via our Merchant of Record, your digital products will be available for download in your FrontTheme account dashboard.

• Software Licensing: Our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Each purchase grants you a unique software license key for a specified number of domains to receive automatic dashboard updates and support.
• Graphic & Web Templates: Graphic templates and static web layouts are protected by intellectual property laws and are licensed for personal or commercial use depending on the license tier selected at checkout. You may not resell or redistribute our raw source files.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing, billing compliance, global sales tax collection, and transaction-related customer inquiries.

3. Support and Automatic Updates

• Support is provided for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. To continue receiving support and automatic updates, your product subscription or license must be active.
• Support is strictly limited to issues directly related to our products’ features and standard compatibility. We do not provide custom coding services under standard support licenses.

4. Limitation of Liability

FrontTheme products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work flawlessly with all third-party extensions, plugins, or hosting configurations. In no event shall FrontTheme be liable for any damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
