- If the problem cannot be fixed, you can initiate a formal refund request via Paddle’s customer service portal or by emailing hellofronttheme@gmail.com with your Paddle Order ID.
- Once approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
